Is there any business that doesn't rely on a customer? Every business gets paid from someone or somewhere else...so I have to go with–EVERY business relies on a customer/client. Every business. So is this ground breaking news that happy customers are loyal customers? It shouldn't be. Whether you are selling a product or a service, not only are you depending on repeat business....but you FOR SURE want referrals so your business can grow!

If your customer/client feels like they are getting white glove service from you (which in many cases is SOOOOOO easy to do because there is so much bad customer service out there!!!) you will have the potential to create a very stable, loyal and reliant following.
