Time is Money

When you’re running your own business, the list of To Do’s can seem never-ending. But don’t worry, that’s a good thing! “What?!”, you ask. “Lists full of shopping items, ideas, phone calls and errands so long that I may not ever reach the end is supposed to make me happy?” Yes, as long as you have a busy day, you probably have a good business. But being busy doesn't always equal profit. What really counts is focusing on getting the things that make you money done first! We could all use some tools to help us use our time more wisely so that we're not only productive, but profitable!

One of our favorite tools for keeping up with the tasks you want to get done for the week is the Swiss-designed app TeuxDeux. This app keeps things super-simple with a design that mimics how I would usually jot a to do list. Favorite features include a week view with the ability to cross things off as they are completed. Does anything beat that feeling of being able to cross things off of your list?

The downside is that it’s not compatible with Outlook or Google calendar. The upside is that you can try the system free on their website before you pay for the app!
