The Job Description

Okay, when was the last time that you sat down and wrote a job description for yourself? Honestly. No cheating here people.

Believe it or not, it's a great way to get some clarity on what you do each day...and maybe even what you should be doing.

Take 15 minutes today to write out a complete job description. Don't allow yourself to critique while writing. Save that for later in order to enable yourself to get it all down on paper. You might be surprised with what you get!
