You've Got A Business Plan, Right?

You do it every day! You make decisions, big or small, that will, in one way or another, impact your life. But, the last thing you want is to be stuck in the middle of your business with absolutely no idea of how you got there. Hence, the reason for a business plan! It basically forces you to face your demons, to really stop and consider how much blood, sweat and tears you're going to have to put into your business to make it fly. It corners you into estimating your potential sales and figuring out how you will actually achieve them. So, take my advice! Start off with a plan! And, if you're knee-deep in the middle of your business without a business plan, start by following these five tips to making smart business decisions, and then focus on coming up with a business plan (before it's too late)!
