Saving money, losing weight...these are both challenges that require giving up things that we love. Who wants ANY part of that??? They also both demand discipline, desire and commitment...yep, for more than a day or a week! That's where you get me! I'm good without my donuts and vodka for a VERY limited short term...no matter how badly I want to see that scale hit my target number...there are just certain things I am not willing to do. Shocker! I still expect the results. Ha!

Where there is a will, there is a way! I am jumping on that bandwagon. If I can have my cake AND eat it too...you better believe I will. Remember that saving money is a lot like dieting. There are no quick fixes...that stick anyway. Go with the lifestyle change. Smaller adjustments for the long term and you'll see the pay off.
