You're not alone if you happen to be thinking that maybe Monday is a better day to begin this new year.
Instead of feeling overwhelmed (and possibly a bit guilty for not starting today with a major bang), take things in bite-sized pieces.
If you do ONE THING TODAY...write a list of goals. Go through that list and condense it to 5 things that you want to accomplish in 2013. Make it realistic and manageable...yet inspiring.
Write that list on a Post-It and stick it where you can see it every day.
By the time that Monday rolls around, you'll be feeling much better and productive. Good luck and welcome to 2013!
