The Booming Business of Rehab

Michael Lohan, the #1 dad in America duh, recently tried to visit his daughter (Lindsay) at the Betty Ford clinic where he was quickly denied access. Security guards gave him the boot due to showing up after visiting hours.

If anyone should be a rehab facility expert, it would be someone in the Lohan family. So step aside Betty Ford! Michael Lohan is in the process of opening his own rehab facility. Yes, you read that correctly. Daddy dearest has recently begun talking about opening up his very own rehab center in our backyard, Pasadena, CA. Maybe Lindsay will be able to get a family discount!

So what will set Michael's rehab facility apart from the rest?

* Drug Free is the Way to Be: Well, sort of! Michael Lohan was explaining how his rehab facility would be prescription drug free. Last I checked, prescription drugs were an important part to rehabilitating patients. Especially if you are coming off of something hardcore!

* Kicking the Habit: The all-women rehab facility will include "Koga" classes (Kickboxing/Yoga). Lohan also wants to include faith into the program. Lord help us all! I mean let's be real, if anyone needs therapy it's Michael. Another goal is to have an array of therapy and anger management classes.

How much might might this new project cost? We did some research and found a recent California company who purchased a rehab facility in Dallas for a cool 14.75 million dollars. That's quite an investment dontchathink?! So what does it mean for Pasadena? Would you want a rehab facility in your backyard? We can't decide if it will help or hurt the economy.
