It's okay to fail!
Fail...it's a business owner's dreaded four-letter word! From an early age, we are taught about how to succeed. In schoolwork and athletics to relationships and career paths everyone is in search of how to do things right. Do this, do that. Don't do this and avoid that. Any measurement of short coming equals some form of failure. We need to learn how to fail. It's not a dirty word!
Failure simply demonstrates how NOT to do something. So instead of feeling like you should just cut your losses and walk away as soon as something doesn't go as planned or expected, learn from your mistake! This is how success, and thick skin, is built. It is in the small (and unfortunately sometimes not so small) lessons we have "gleaned" from our failures since the day we were born that we make the decisions that we do today! Same thing goes in business. Just don't keep making the same mistakes over and over again!
