In order to run a healthy small business, there are certain things that just NEED to be done.
When babies are born, they need to see the pediatrician once a month for the first year to be sure that they are hitting certain development markers, to track their growth and to monitor their health. Why? Because if something is not the way it should be, the doctors can catch it early and get the baby the help it needs to keep it as healthy as possible.
Wouldn't you consider your business your baby? Are you conducting regular check-ups to be sure that your baby's growth and develop are going in the right direction? There are certain checks and balances that you should have in place to ensure that you are running a healthy small business...otherwise, what's the point?
